Find What Your Team Added

If you added team members (Day 15), they're storing memories directly. Coppermind tags every write with created_by_role so you can find their work whenever you need to:

• show memories created by VA for Acme
• search Acme for VA-created memories
• show editor-created memories for Brightwave

Why no daily approval queue?

A typical VA stores 10-30 memories a week. A queue you have to triage daily turns into either bulk-approve-without-reading (defeats the safety net) or ignore-the-inbox (their work becomes invisible). Direct write + role tag + filtered search gets you the same oversight without the tax.

What about sensitive content?

Coppermind classifies every memory at write time. If your VA accidentally writes "Mike asked about a salary bump", it's tagged cmo-only automatically — the VA can't see it back, only you can. The gate works whether or not you remember to review.
