Building the Monday Rhythm#

A Monday that scales to 10 clients looks like this:

8:00 AM - Cross-client scan (5 minutes)

"What's happening across all my clients?"

Scan the summary. Star the clients that need attention.

8:05 AM - Deep dive on hot clients (10 minutes)

"Switch to [client]"
"What commitments are overdue?"
"What's on my agenda for this week?"

Handle or delegate the urgent items.

8:15 AM - Prep the first call (5 minutes)

"Prep my meeting with [first client of the day]"

Review the brief. Add anything the system missed.
