How to access step-by-step guides for common tasks directly inside Coppermind.

Overview#

Coppermind includes 28 built-in walkthroughs that guide you through common workflows step by step. Instead of reading documentation separately, you can ask for a guide and follow along right in your conversation.

Walkthroughs cover everything from setting up a new client to running quarterly reviews. Each one includes the exact steps, what to say, and what to expect at each stage.

When to Use This#

• You are doing something for the first time and want guidance
• You cannot remember the steps for a workflow you have done before
• You are onboarding a team member or VA and want to give them a walkthrough
• You want to see what workflows Coppermind supports

Following a Guide#

Once you find a guide you want, ask for it by name or number:

"Walk me through setting up a new client"

Coppermind presents the guide with numbered steps. Follow along at your own pace. Each step tells you exactly what to do or say.

Step 1: Switch to the client mind

Tips#

• Start here when onboarding. If you are new to Coppermind, browse the guides to see what is possible before diving in.
• Share guide numbers with team members. If a VA needs to do a specific task, tell them "follow guide 12" and they get the same step-by-step walkthrough.
• Guides are context-aware. Some guides adapt based on which client mind is active, showing relevant details for that client.
